Phone: (940) 536-8988 After a decade in Texas, Double J Ranch is back to where they originally started in Arkansas. Double J Ranch's first equestrian facility was in Alexander, Arkansas. It was purchased in the late 1990’s to allow both Ramona and JJ to enjoy at least some of the horses at home, as previously their horses had been kept at boarding facilities or with trainers. The original Arkansas facility has since been sold and while Ramona's Equine Aqua Spa facility remains in Whitesboro, Texas - JJ and Jon have sold their property around the corner from Ramona and have moved their family to Bee Branch, Arkansas to embark on a new adventure. Purchased in the spring of 2019, the new Double J Ranch property in Bee Branch is at the former Happy Ranch: a venue and equestrian facility. Like their other properties, it will be improved upon to meet Jon and JJ's specific training, showing and equestrian event hosting needs. Look for exciting changes in the coming months! In addition to a home and bunk house, currently the property boast a spacious covered arena suitable for roping, along with other events. The property also has a barn, turnouts and pastures for the families broodmares and foals, as well as a show barn for their halter and performance horses. Double J Ranch’s main performance breeding stallions reside at the the new Arkansas facility, as well. |
